Refund Policy

At Biks Consulting, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a client is not satisfied with the product or service they have received. In such cases, we have established the following refund policy to address these concerns.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, clients must request the refund within 14 days of receiving the product or service. If the request is made after this timeframe, the client will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Types of Refunds

There are two types of refunds that may be offered by Biks Consulting:

  • Full Refund: In cases where the product or service was not delivered as advertised or the client was not satisfied with the quality of the product or service, Biks Consulting may offer a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: In cases where the product or service was partially delivered or the client was partially satisfied with the quality of the product or service, Biks Consulting may offer a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be based on the extent to which the product or service was delivered or the extent to which the client was satisfied with the quality of the product or service.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, clients must contact Biks Consulting via email at bd@biks.ca. The email should include the following information:

  • The client’s name and contact information
  • The date the product or service was received
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation, such as receipts or proof of purchase
  1. Processing Time

Biks Consulting will review all refund requests within 14 days of receiving the request. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of the approval. The client will be notified via email of the decision and the status of the refund.

  1. Exceptions

There are some cases where Biks Consulting may not offer a refund, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • The client has received the full value of the product or service
  • The product or service was provided as described and met the client’s expectations
  • The client has changed their mind or no longer has a use for the product or service
  • The client did not follow the instructions provided with the product or service
  • The client has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities related to the product or service
