If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, either party may bring a claim in arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Alberta International Commercial Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in the Province of Alberta, Canada. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Biks Consulting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website or any portion thereof, without notice, at any time and for any reason.
